So here we are in 2018, New Years Resolutions fading into the background as we get back into the swing of things. DDR Learning however is looking forward to helping its clients to make good on the resolutions, goals and objectives they set before the Christmas break, from helping to embed new visions and values through effective coaching conversations, to making sure that they do everything they can to bring in great new recruits using best practice in the interviewing process and ensuring that they get a warm introduction to the new home for their careers through new induction programmes.

Successes of 2017

A real highlight of 2017 was in helping the TCR Group embed a new set of vision and values through a new interview format & process and through a new appraisal process, along with moderation sessions and a renumeration package reflective of the individuals performance on both a KPI & metrics basis and behavioural measures. 

Using this alongside DDR’s Core Skills Progression Model has allowed TCR to re-invigorate their workforce, mapping out career options with a clear path for progression in a number of different directions.

Giving something back


Last year saw some great solutions and workshops for clients and as it came to a close it also allowed DDR Learning to give something back. As part of setting up DDR we decided that we would take every opportunity to give something back whether this is through volunteering to help schools with their Duke of Edinburgh schemes or as we did at Christmas being able to make donations to causes close to our hearts. This year we decided that rather than send our clients a box of chocolates and a card we instead make a donation to the Crisis Appeal on their behalf. Each donation of £26.08 gives people who have found themselves homeless over Christmas a meal and a place to stay along with a health check and a package of handy things to make them more comfortable during the winter months. DDR Learning looks forward to being able to continue this charitable giving with the support of its great clients.
