Getting it right

Successful recruitment can be defined as; 'getting the right person, in the right place, at the right time'. Sounds great doesn't it? It can also be difficult to get 'right'.

This is where DDR Learning and the Core Skills Progression Model come in. Using the model as our background we look at what we already have within our team/s and define what it is we're looking for, we then look for the best methods of candidate attraction and finish up with 'Interview and Selection Skills' and/or 'Assessment centre design'.
